What we collect
We collect only what we need to quote, install and support your system:
- Contact details — name, phone number, email address
- Property details — installation address, property type, the system currently installed
- Energy information — where you choose to provide it, your electricity or gas bills and usage data, used to model savings
- Installation records — photographs of the work, equipment serial numbers, and compliance certificates
- Website data — pages visited and general location, collected through analytics, in aggregate

- To prepare an accurate quote and recommend a suitable system
- To carry out the installation and meet our licensing and compliance obligations

Who we share it with
We share personal information only where it is necessary to deliver what you have asked for:
- Accredited Person partners — where your upgrade is being processed under the Victorian Energy Upgrades programme, the information and documentation required to lodge that upgrade is provided to the Accredited Person handling it.
- Installers and trades — the licensed personnel carrying out work at your property receive the details needed to complete the job.
- Distributors and retailers — for solar and battery installations, grid connection applications require your details to be submitted to your electricity distributor.
- Regulators and scheme administrators — where a programme or law requires it.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not provide it to third parties for their own marketing.
Installation photography
Compliance photography is required on upgrade jobs and forms part of the documentation lodged for your claim. Where we use installation photographs publicly — on this website or in marketing — identifying details such as street addresses, location metadata, house numbers and vehicle registrations are removed first.
How we store it
Information is stored in access-controlled business systems and retained for as long as we need it to support your system, honour warranty obligations and meet record-keeping requirements under the relevant programmes and laws. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
